Who would turn down Shark Fin Soup?!

midoriThis last Saturday, I had to ditch my ACT because I already committed to being a bridesmaid for my cousin's engagement. :( It was stupid of me to sign up for that ACT I know. >< But anyway, at the reception, there was OH-SO-DELICIOUS food. Oh man, that was the best part. Oh how I love asian food. <3!
You know how at parties, there's ALWAYS a kid's table. Yeah, I sat at that table and I'm not ashamed! :) But anyways, there were these three amigos who were set down next to me to my right. And MAN, each of them were loaded with their DS glued to their hands the ENTIRE time. I'm not kidding at all. First thing I thought was, OMG NINOS! XDDD I even took the pictures as evidence! Even when I took the pictures (with flash), they didn't even look up from their DSes. It's like nothing else bothered them. XDD I cracked up so badly.
The kid next to me didn't eat a single bite. There was a total of 6-7 courses and he didn't take a single bite. At the end, his Shark Fin Soup was still left on his plate untouched, and that was the first dish! :O I kept looking over and thought about asking him if I could have it several times but thought that was a bit rude. XDD In the end, my sister ended up taking it "to go" and took it home. Haha. Well that was my exciting weekend. :)
