This is such a coincidence but I will soon finish watching Gokusen 3 also! Haha...and all the things you pointed out...I agree with you. Although, it kinda annoyed me once I've seen the "Yankumi-saves-her-boys-while-no-one-dares-to-interrupt-her-speech-even-the-bad-guys" routine (whooooosh, long composed word eh!!!).
