midoriMy hiatuses just keep lengthening it seems. .___.; But I'm back, and hey, perfect opportunity to do that 8 Days of Happiness meme that people just started getting over, right? XD I will start tomorrow!

I spent a week in California, celebrating the holidays with my relatives there. :D On the airplane ride there, turbulence was pretty bad and my sister and I kept saying, "I feel the G's!! The G's!!" *DYING* Gosh, so much fun. Anyway, my mom is one of six siblings so there were four families staying in one house for a couple of days. Not to mention there were only two bathrooms; we even had a waiting list for shower time. LOL.
- Lots of shopping.
- More dim sum. IT'S SO GOOD.
- Watched this and discovered he was following me too when I read "PAC BELL" on the ground in Chinatown.
- Movies! I finally caught up with some older movies like Kung Fu Panda, WALL-E (Adorable!), Hancock, and in the theaters watched The Curious Case of Benjamin Button which was really well-done imo. And some of it was so random and just.. awesome. Hence, my entry title. XD
Random things done with my cousins when stuck in the house:
- Soul Calibur IV (Ring Outs are so much fun. XDD) & Gunbound
- Constant looping of Epik High and Big Bang albums. So in return I let them listen to some Arashi and showed them some Gyakukaiten. ;D According to my cousin Faye, "Leader is so chill." XD
- Card Games: We somehow got tired of playing 13, Egyptian Rat Trap/Killer, Spoons, etc. so one of my cousins taught us Hearts. I finally learned that we weren't supposed to gain points. (No wonder I kept losing when I played on the comp.) Anyway. WE PLAYED HEARTS UNTIL 5AM. WHAT IN THE WORLD. The next day we challenged ourselves by learning Bridge. Yep, the same one that senior citizens in retirement homes play. If possible, Bridge was even more fun. asklas;j IT WAS ADDICTING, no joke. I-I don't even know. I feel so old now.
My sister asked me to set her ringtone to the RnK OST's Midnight Cruising. I LOL like it's the most hilarious thing ever every time it goes off. XD TAKAYAMAA~

Sounds like you live in a dorm or something. I bet it was fun just as it was frustrating.
LOL. You showed them Gkyakukaiten? The first time I watched it I laughed and laughed till tears streamed down my face. Because Ohmiya was just hilarious.

Date: 2009-01-02 10:59 pm (UTC)It's still a blessing though, with only four of you living together. I live with my relatives [my uncles and aunties and cousins] and it's fun just as it's chaotic. ^___^ But, it's still a nice change.
I'll never grow tired of their faces and the stuffs they do if I could watch that all over again [I haven't watched anything JE-related lately].
